Important - Statements of fact
This quotation is provided by a Statement of Facts, which is stated below and upon which Insurers have relied in deciding to accept this insurance. You should read it to satisfy yourself that it is accurate and contact us immediately if it is not. Your acceptance of the policy confirms your agreement that the details contained in the Statement of Facts were and are accurate.
My acceptance of this insurance confirm that: 1. I have not allowed / will not allow a tenant into possession of the insured property other than on the basis of an already completed tenancy agreement duly signed by all parties; 2. I have registered the tenancy / will have registered the tenancy within 21 days of the tenancy commencing, with the Private Residential Tenancies Board; 3. Prior to the grant of any tenancy either I or my Letting Agent have obtained / will obtain: i. in writing a current employers reference or accountants reference; and ii. a satisfactory reference from a previous landlord where this is not the Tenants first tenancy; and iii. a copy of the Tenant’s driving licence or passport; and iv. proof of P.P.S. Number (a wage slip or social service card). 4. I (or my letting/managing agent) will retain the above documentation for production in support of any claim I may have under this insurance; 5. No tenant has been or will be allowed into occupation until the first month's rent and the dilapidations deposit payment have been cleared into my or my letting/managing agent's bank account.
